This career move was an opportunity of a lifetime for Lawrence as he joined forces with the ownership group at MODUS Real Estate headquarters in Denver, CO - a top producing brokerage in their market with an impressive foothold in commercial and residential development. Having the opportunity to become the first expansion of the MODUS brand into a new market, Lawrence welcomed the challenge with open arms in effort to become the most equipped resource for his clients, agents, team members. Outside of work, Lawrence enjoys spending time with Sarah, and their two amazing children Penelope and Pierce. The Pritchett family loves going is an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling and live music.
